Who We Are

We are an NPO dedicated to restoring dignity, protection, and justice for victims of gender-based and domestic violence. Too often, cases collapse due to underreporting, mishandling at police stations, or poorly taken statements that create loopholes leading to acquittals. Our mission is to change that.

We receive victims at a safe and supportive environment where trained social workers and counsellors debrief, comfort, and guide them through the process of giving credible, legally sound statements. Through our partnership with a dynamic team of young, experienced attorneys from Bomela Incorporated, every aspect of the offence is carefully assessed to ensure the case falls fully within the legal definition of the crime and supports a strong investigation.

Once accurate statements from the victim and witnesses are taken at the place of safety, we accompany them to the nearest police station to open a case—closing all procedural loopholes and ensuring the matter can move forward without unnecessary delays.
